Do I need to be at a certain level of maturity to use YOOI?

No, there is no initial level of maturity to use YOOI.

The solution can help you start or perfect your data transformation at any level. 

I already have a data catalogue. Why would I need YOOI?

A data catalog is the first step in a company's data strategy to manage the data inventory and set up data governance. You can see it as the front line it’s crucial but highly technical and detailed.

I already have Jira. Why would I need YOOI?

Jira is for operation management of different project launches and closings.

Therefore, Jira is totally integrated to YOOI allowing the tech teams to bridge the gap with the rest of the users.

Thanks to YOOI you can go beyond what Jira has to offer and be able to track in more detail all your ongoing projects, collect ideas, qualify them, build specific dashboards for your specific needs from finance to marketing and supply chain and manage value in all the steps of your data projects lifecycle.

How much time will it take to start a pilot?

After having a detailed demo from our specialists and the identification of your specific needs.

Launching a pilot takes less than a week as soon as the necessary resources are made available by the customer.

Managing Accounts and Privacy Settings

If you're an administrator and you need to restrict profiles or erase users from your tool, you can manage and delete profiles or capacities from a specific user.

Languages in YOOI

Currently, YOOI operates with English as a base language. This means you will find all basic buttons in English. Nevertheless, since YOOI is completely adaptable, so you can configure it to be in any language your team works in. Just insert in the concept or instance the denomination in your language and format it to your specific needs.

What resources do I need to provide to launch a pilot?

YOOI's 3 months pilot is split into 5 phases each of them requires a certain level of engagement and availability of resources.

The objective of these phase is to understand the best your needs and better solve your issues.

1. Initial sessions
   - A kick-off session with all stakeholders to introduce the scope, and objectives & finalize timelines
   - Two additional interview sessions to crystalize the needs of everyone
   

2. Product owners and power users' sessions
   - Two to Three design sessions per week (from 2 to 4 weeks)
   - Onboarding session for product owners and power users
   

3. Global onboarding session with all users to present configured application
   

4. Iteration, test and feedback
   - Tests and feedback by users
   - Once a week design session to iterate on the design and configuration changes, enrichment of user paths, additional training
   

5. Final deployment review & success criteria assessment

Is YOOI a self hosted software or a SAAS platform

YOOI is a SAAS platform, after starting your journey with it, you will receive a dedicated link to access your session and each of your users will receive his credentials. 

What's the price of a YOOI licence YOOI?

YOOI's pricing is based on the number of power users and the number of occasional users. This final price applicable to your context will be communicated to you after our identifying your needs and requirement by our specialist team.
