Platform customization

The customization settings provide the tools to tailor the platform to reflect an organization's unique brand identity and operational needs. Adjusting theme colors, structural layouts and visual elements or text lets etablish a cohesive and intuitive environment. Personalization options are available in the Settings > Customization page.

General settings

Here is a breakdown of the configuration options available on this tab:

• The platform name sets the name of the environment. This name will be visible to users navigating the platform.

• The platform motto provides the option to add a short tagline or descriptive phrase that complements the platform name on the login screen.

• The logo represents the image to display on the login and loading pages.

• The display language of the platform interface. This setting applies to all users.

• The default left panel state defines the initial behavior of the instance navigation panel. It can be configured to appear open or collapsed by default when the platform is accessed.

• The user avatar configures which image field is used to display user profile pictures across the platform.

• When a privacy policy URL is provided a link will be displayed for all users at the top of the Settings page and in the login screen to navigate to the corresponding organization document.

Homepage

In this tab are listed all the different home pages for users depending on established conditions.

Left bar

This page allows the configuration of the side bar.

The logo is the icon used to access the homepage from the left bar.

Error messages

There are several kinds of errors that can be encountered during the platform usage. The interface here lets the customization of all the different displayed messages for helping users to know what happened and who can be contacted for support.
