[User Rights] Change Password

Overview

Password changes depend on user role and authentication method. This action is only available for users not authenticated via SSO.

Admin: Change password (self or another user)

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Open Authorization

  3. Access the Users list

  4. Select the desired user

  5. Open the options menu (three dots on the right)

  6. Click Change password

  7. Enter the new password

Note:
The Change Password option is only available for users who are not using SSO authentication.

Non-Admin: Change own password

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Open Account

  3. Open the options menu (three dots on the right)

  4. Click Change password

  5. Enter the new password

Note:
This option is only visible if the account is not authenticated via SSO.
